E o sonho continua...

I arrived and everything seemed on the right way. The initial harmony was perfect and me and Rita seemed set for something. I remember leaving Mooji's session feeling strong, sure of myself. Things got serious and my fears appeared, one by one, in its corresponding phase. But I moved forward. I had no choice. The senses couldn't hide.
Past problems came to surface and I had the fortune to be able to discuss them. Harmony was now intermittent. Two months dealing with the same three persons isn't easy, and near the end, I felt that everything had collapsed.
How was it possible? The old pattern that traumatized me had come back even after such a beautiful story. I feared for everything. At this time I felt I knew nothing, that I suffered from a disability. I Had lost my center .. but Rita's smile greeted me and surprised, I realized that not all is well but also not all is wrong.
It was a stay in which meditation, Mooji, Nartan, the fires and Rita helped to dismantle myself and rebuild myself. I lived intensely as I could (it wasn't easy to leave this hill) and I will intensely live what is to come.
And the dream continues...

Bailar - To dance

Bachata, Salsa, Valsa e Tango. Vocês bailam muito - dizia. Já têm o corpo solto.
Hoje tive vontade de ser pai.

Without a clear task to do, we were asked to dismantle the remains of a palm tree attacked by the red weevil. A task that caused some nauseas to Rita since in that wet and stringy environment, the bugs have the ideal site to make cocoons, germinate fat larvae and multiply themselves, always in this decomposition smell.
Then, the plowing machine struggled with our mechanical knowledge. We were able to make it work but at the end of the day, other breakedown happened. Perhaps my aversion is on the basis of such bad luck.
At night, Nartan, nicely, prepared us a Thai meal and I went with Rita to a class of ballroom dancing that she was wishing so much. I liked it! An Ukrainian teacher who seemed a great person, let us participate in the end of a beginners class and in the beginning of a more advanced class. Bachata, Salsa, Waltz and Tango. You dance a lot - he said. You already have the body loose.
Today I felt like being a father.

Microfibras - Microfiber

Pão feito pelos woofers - Bread made by woofers
E assim me lembrei do cheiro da madeira.

Salgueiro - Willow
Today I want to talk microfiber towels. These towels are a delight for travelers. They take up very little space and have an amazing absorption. Both my cousin and Rita came here having one. I don't like it.
Without quite knowing why, I rejected it. I knew the stuff was too processed and very different from the normal materials nature provides us. But today, I was able to clean the face on Rita's towel and automatically remind the tangible reason for my aversion to this type of tissue. By rubbing it in the face, the towel doesn't slip smoothly as cotton. It gets stuck and the rubbing is unpleasant, with jolts. One more smart-ass man idea whicg got focused in size and absorption but forgot the touch.
What I mean is that man will never be able to cover all aspects. Nature is always wiser. The linen, wool, cotton, silk ... Nature never forgot the touch.
And so I remembered the smell of wood. Only in special cases, the smell of wood is tapped (as the Pau Santo) but the truth is that the wood always smells good. As many bees we have around, the noise always sounds like an orchestra and as much it rains, the flow of water is always relaxing.
Now, leave the house and go walking to a busy street in Lisbon, preferably with cranes working.
And, in a completly different subject, I think my father loves my mother (without wanting to say that the vice versa doesn't happen).

Nunca estive tanto tempo numa quinta.
A paisagem cheirava a morte.

I've never been for so long in a farm. Saturation between hosts and volunteers appears to be inevitable, even when working the straightforwardness and love. I believe that the daily life shared between the parties shoulddn't be so intense. There should be conditions so this intensity arises naturally. And then, it comes to my mind again the humility and simplicity of Thai people, especially of Banguad - the village where I taught.
In the morning we walked to collect some eucalyptus wood left behind in neighbors land. The landscape smelled like death. We found the land raped by man solely for the extraction of wood. The soil sucked by the industry don't allow local plants to grow more than a few centimeters.
We reestablished the stock of firewood. It's good to smell the wood.
The activities are no longer exciting me much. Being plowing the soil (not Fukuoka at all) and, moreover, with a gasoline machine doesn't make me feel that right. And contrary to yesterday's 'carelessly', I began to think I should be more specific to pick destinations.
I also came to the conclusion that meditation opens our heart but my writing makes me face who I am, that seems more important to me.
