Dia 7

O dia começou novamente na luta com as silvas. O Michael já percebeu que não é das minhas tarefas preferidas. Felizmente era dia de ir ajudar o Bruno. Estive a martelar pregos para lhes achatar as cabeças, à ferreiro. É interessante como na tarefa mais simples, passados (neste caso) uns pregos, já se arranjou uma forma mais eficiente de o fazer.

O Bruno, também vegetariano, preparou-nos um almoço com milhete. Foi bom. Tem 39 anos e parece ainda mais puto que eu. É bom saber que há mais pessoas com este tipo de consciência para os problemas actuais. Ao almoço, falámos de poda das oliveiras, de gestão da água e da desertificação do sul da europa, tema que pouca gente se parece importar.

À tarde ainda apanhámos umas azeitonas das oliveiras do Bruno. Agrada-me muito estas partilhas e ajudas entre vizinhos.

O Michael foi de bicicleta fazer umas compras a Relíquias enquanto eu fui tomar um duche antes da noite cair. Já consegui usar apenas um balde. Mais limpinho, esperava-nos mais um serão à lareira.

The day started again fighting with brambles. Michael already noticed that it is not of my favorite tasks. Fortunately, it was day for going help Bruno. I've been hammering nails to flatten their heads, as a blacksmith. It is interesting that in the most simple task, afer (in this case) some nails, we already found a more efficiently way of doing it.

Bruno, also vegetarian, prepared us a lunch of millet. It was good. He is 39 years old and looks even younger than me. Good to know that there are more people with this kind of awareness to the current problems. At lunch, we talked about pruning olive trees, water management and desertification of southern Europe, a subject that few people seem to matter.

In the afternoon we caught even some olives from Bruno's olive trees. It pleases me much these shares and help between neighbors.

Michael went shopping by bicycle to Relíquias while I was taking a shower before nightfall. Already managed to use only one bucket. Feeling more cleaned, one more evening at the fireplace was expectng us.
